Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Have Element running, but put it in the background and completely hidden.
2. Attempt to bring it back to the foreground.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
Element to still be running normally. This image shows that. For me, this is what happens 90% of the time.

#### What happened instead?
Element was shown with only the window border and titlebar. The rest of the window was just white. Note: This doesn't happen all the time. But when it does, I sometimes have to restart Windows to resolve it. Other times, I try to wait a while. Simply closing and restarting Element might help. But I may get the same look immediately after the restart.

(It took several hours of waiting to this happen again.)
