Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?

Allow grouping my Favourites into a horizontal avatar-only view as a config option when the list is collapsed.

#### Why would you like to do it?

Would recover some much-needed vertical real estate in Element Desktop and show more of my list who aren't Favourites.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

Add a config option to enable horizontal grouping of solely the avatars of your Favourites when the list is collapsed. If there are too many for one line then simple overflow into another row.

A single row could either go next to `Favourites` as a word itself (like the number of unread messages already does) when collapsed, or if there's too many avatars, could appear beneath in flowed rows relative to quantity, client resolution etc.

Either solution works great for me, scrolling through my `Favourites` to get to everything else is an exercise in frustration, especially with using bridges to bring in messages from other platforms.

I found this old Riot screenshot that pretty much shows the idea:

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Element Desktop is king of Matrix clients. :- )
