Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Used desktop Element version: 1.11.109
2. RSS bot added.
3. In **Program Files** many dirs like `scoped_dir4243_234433432`3 appear from time to time, but no one is deleted.
4. There is bot logo image inside this dirs.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

No `scoped_dir` in **Program Files**. If these are temporary files, they should be located in some special temp directory, like c:\windows\temp or similar. And they should be deleted after expiring.

#### What happened instead?

Huge amount of nasty `scoped_dir` directories in **Program Files**.
