Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Set microphone "Input volume" to 100% in windows settings
2. Open element desktop on windows
3. Join element call
4. Clap your hands
5. See that input volume in windows changed to <100% (80-90% in my case)

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
Settings - Voice & Video - Automatically adjust the microphone volume - Disabled

I expect that element won't change my microphone volume even if it is too loud.

#### What happened instead?
Microphone volume goes down and I'm too quiet for other speakers. Element never adjusts volume up, only down.

Volume is not adjusted on element web (in firefox).

### Operating system

Windows 10, Windows 11

### Application version

1.11.110

### How did you install the app?

_No response_

### Homeserver

### Will you send logs?

Research direction

Reproduce the microphone-volume change in Element Desktop on Windows 10 or 11 with automatic adjustment disabled, using the reported application version as a starting point. Compare the behavior with Element Web in Firefox and trace where microphone input is adjusted during an Element call; done means the Windows input volume remains unchanged when the setting is disabled.
