Voice not sending

### Steps to reproduce

Noticed with 4 different People and machines by now the following:

With Update 1.12 issue occured
all systems latest updated windows 11

The Voice will not get send in a Voice Call. Audio will get recieved and Webcam works too.

If you downgrade either client to 1.11 it works again.

Issue occurs only on 1.12 - if you mix clients in a call everything works fine except the 1.12 will not get heard
