### Steps to reproduce
1. Make a fresh account
2. Start a DM with someone, send a message
3. Accept incite on other side
4. Refresh on original client
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Room avatar is the other person's avatar (because it's a DM)
#### What happened instead?
Room avatar is a letter
This seems to be fairly reproducible. I think the fix is to generally update the room avatar when the DM member's avatar changes because it looks like we just don't do that.
