Notification for being invited to a room does not work

### Steps to reproduce

1. User is in the global settings dialog in the tab for notifications
2. In the tab for notifications, the user enables: _Enable notifications for this account_, _Enable notifications for this device_, _Enable desktop notifications for this session_ and _Enable audible notifications for this session_
3. At the bottom of the notification settings the user sets "When I'm invited to a room" to _Noisy_
4. All settings should now guarantee that the user would receive a (noisy) notification on being invited to a room
5. Another user invites the one with these notification settings to a room

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
- The user receiving the invite gets an audible notification for being invited to a room

#### What happened instead?
- The user receiving the invite did not get notified of it (no notification, no sound)
