Yellow color not updating on side bar for presence

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
When I use Element then when somebody is not present for some minutes it goes to yellow, but on the sidebar this color is not updated and is just grey.

The green available icon is not reliable updated (for some users it shows yellow even though they are just 1 or 2 minutes not available):

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
The sidebar should also be yellow if the user is not present (as in the top of that user)
The green icon in the sidebar should be green if the user is only 1 to 2 minutes not on his desk.
