Bubble layout: Time display misalignment.

### Steps to reproduce
1. Adjust the timeline appearance to bubble layout mode;
2. Enter any room;
3. Upload an image using Element X (it cannot be too small, it must at least appear large), and add a description to this image;

As shown in the image, the message sending time is displayed incorrectly in bubble layout mode:
- Incorrect position;
- Inappropriate text color.
