### Steps to reproduce

1. Logged in to a client with Recovery set up.
2. Go into account data and delete the `m.secret.storage.key.blah` entry (this simulates something going wrong with Recovery).
3. The "Your key storage is out of sync" dialog appears.
4. Click "Enter recovery key".

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

To be able to enter my recovery key, since I clicked "enter recovery key"

#### What happened instead?

I went into the "Change recovery key" wizard.
