After resetting my identity and creating a room, Element web decorates the composer with the "this user has reset their identity" UX, but for _my_ user, and invites me to withdraw my verification.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Sign in with an old test/demo account, @isobelle.mtp:matrix.org
2. Follow all the reset identity steps 'cause I don't care about any historical context
3. Create a new room, 'cause that's what I'm testing
4. Get this UX:
5. Wonder what clicking that button will do.
