Description

### Steps to reproduce

I logged in to my Element Desktop today after another encounter with github.com/element-hq/element-desktop/issues/692 and did verify with other device the other device being my iPad. I managed to accidentally cancel on the laptop via touching the touchpad with ipad somehow. I redo verification and the error happens after successful verification

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
No fleeting key error that goes away after a bit.
#### What happened instead?
A fleeting key validation error that went away on its own as i was digging if the key got corrupted by Element again. (I only have element clients logged in currently that are E2EE aware)
