"You don't have any unread invites" does not make any sense

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open the new room list without any invites on your account.
2. Filter for invites
3. "You don't have any unread invites"

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

"You don't have any pending invites" or similar

#### What happened instead?

An "unread" invite isn't a thing. An invite is either pending, accepted (joined) or rejected (left). This is a confusing language thing because it implies I *might* have "read" invites that are pending :)
