Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. In Settings, Preferences, set "Autoplay GIFs" to false
2. Get someone to send you a GIF
3. Hover over it to make it animate
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
I expected to be able to read the text in the GIF: I explicitly hovered over it to animate it.
#### What happened instead?
The filename of the GIF obscured the text I wanted to read:
