Description
### Steps to reproduce
We repeatedly encounter people using the "Send feedback" feature in the hope that it will send us debug logs.
How about changing it so that debug logs are sent by default, unless the user unticks a "send my logs" tickybox?

Research direction
Start by tracing the web client's "Send feedback" feature and how debug logs are currently collected or attached. Confirm the privacy and consent behavior before changing it. Done means feedback sends logs by default, with a clear "send my logs" opt-out checkbox, and the resulting feedback can be received with logs when the option remains enabled.
