Multiple users open in Jitsi Widget in multi-occupied room - makes it unusable

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enter a room that has **more than two people** in it.
2. create a Jistsi video conference widget (Or use one that is already there)
3. Join the conference.
4. When someone else joins the Jisti conference from the web client they appear in the the conference TWICE, and can can hear / see themselves. - everyone see the multiple sessions
5. People affected can only leave the conference , and if they re-enter the same thing happens.

This behavior only started in the last Month or so, and makes it impossible to have a multi-person conference in Element, as the new "native" beta video/audio client creates an error when people try to join, thus only the Jitsi Widget can be used. you cannot mute yourself so the affected users have a bad "echo" and cannot continue in the conference
Others CAN join successfully using the Android client.

### Outcome

Expected outcome is that the users join and only;y appear once & can talk.

Chaos! :) ( as described above)
