### Steps to reproduce
1. Create a new video room (Element Call);
2. Set it to public and add an address to it.

#### What happened instead?
If you browse the room directory using Elemnet Web (desktop), you will find that the room does not appear in the room directory. However, it can be displayed normally in Element X.
