Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Start an EC video call
2. Hit Cmd-K to switch room
3. Nothing happens
4. Have to click focus outside of EC in order for stuff like Cmd-K to work.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

EC should bubble unrecognised keyboard shortcuts up somehow to EW... and EW should probably also propagate things like 'M' and 'H' and even spacebar down to EC if there's an EC running and the composer isn't focused.

#### What happened instead?

Lost keyboard shortcuts, and very unintuitive clicking around to make them work.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue by starting an Element Call video call and pressing Cmd-K while focus remains inside the embedded call. No file or test is named; trace keyboard handling at the Element Web–Element Call boundary, and consider the issue done when unrecognised shortcuts reach Element Web and the specified room and call shortcuts work without clicking elsewhere.
