"Show display name changes" setting does not have any effect when the developer option "Show hidden events in timeline" is enabled.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Toggle off "Show display name changes"
2. Toggle on "Show hidden events in timeline".
3. See that these membership events are visible.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

At the minimum it would be good if the UI called out these conflicts so it wouldn't look broken.

What I would *like* is to be able to see hidden events that *aren't* membership changes, because I'm a developer looking for a specific set of events and would like less noise.

#### What happened instead?

The events were visible, which was unexpected to me because I had (in my head) opted out.
