Pinning and unpinning a message leads to confusing text in the timeline

### Steps to reproduce

You need two accounts with access to a shared room.
1. MXID1 opens the room
2. MXID2 opens a different room or closes the client
3. MXID1 pins a message in the room
4. MXID1 un-pins the same message. They will see "MXID1 changed the pinned messages for the room."
5. MXID2 opens the room and sees "MXID1 pinned a message to this room. See all pinned messages." instead

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
Everybody sees "MXID1 changed the pinned messages for the room."

#### What happened instead?
MXID2 opens the room and sees "MXID1 pinned a message to this room. See all pinned messages."
