Pinned message tutorial shows unnecessary whitespace

### Steps to reproduce

1. I opened a room with a really long topic after upgrading to the latest version that moves pinned messages to a different place. The pinned messages button is thus out of bounds / out of the screen.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

There is no white space, the tooltip appears but does not move the rest of the app. And the arrow actually points to where pinned messages are.


#### What happened instead?

The tooltip explaining you how to use pinned messages does show up, but everything moves and the top part of the app does not display while this tooltip is in action.
