### Steps to reproduce
1. Open Element
2. Open a user profile in the side panel
3. Notice an incorrect "Offline" time
4. Check the last seen timestamp with the [synadm CLI](https://github.com/JOJ0/synadm)
### Outcome

Correctly displayed offline time, in this case ~143 hours
