Random communication problems: some users cannot hear others despite visual indications

### Steps to reproduce

Sometimes, it's impossible for certain participants to hear others in a meeting. For example, in a meeting with three users (A, B, and C), A and B can hear C, but C can only hear A. Despite this, C can see the outline of B's profile light up, as if B is talking, but cannot hear anything.

This issue is hard to reproduce, as it seems to occur randomly
