Ctrl-Home does not jump to the beginning of the room

### Steps to reproduce

1. Starting in normal chat inside a room
2. Message input box has focus
3. Press Ctrl-Home
4. Nothing happens
5. now click somewhere on older messages - input box does not have focus
6. Press Ctrl-Home
7. View goes up some messages, destination appears to be somewhat random

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
according to keyboard help it should jump to first message

#### What happened instead?
it goes "somewhat" up
