"Unable to decrypt message" of other sessions

### Steps to reproduce

I'm a new Matrix user, the Element app has been the best I've tried and I haven't had any issue... until last night. I have two operating systems, Debian 12 and Windows 10, on Linux I did not have this problem.

This is what happens:

1. Log in
2. Verify user with another device (SchildiChat on Android)
3. History is loaded normally, but messages cannot be decrypted.
