PIP for EC-in-EW is stuck to the corners of the window

### Steps to reproduce

1. Switch room while on a EC-in-EW call.
2. See a beautiful PIP (yay!)
3. Feel a bit sad that it's quite small - you can't read text on a screenshare, for instance, and there's no way to resize it.
4. Feel even more sad that if you try to move it out of the way to a dead area of screen real-estate it sticks to the corners rather than staying where you left it.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

* Ability to put the PIP where i want, rather than having it insist on covering up useful content by sticking to the corners.
* Even better would be to be able to resize it as well as move it, so you can read screenshares etc.
