### Steps to reproduce
1. Have one message pinned in a room
2. Unpin it
3. See:
4. "see all pinned messages" implies there are other pinned messages. there are not.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Don't tell the user to "see all pinned messages" when there are no pinned messages to see.
