The Room Topic

Following the release of the newly designed Room Header we have received some feedback on the removal of the room topic from the room header. This feedback is often intertwined with other pieces of feedback on this change and so I am creating this issue _just to track Room Topic Access feedback_

It is unlikely that we will consider moving the topic back into the room header as it was before, that doesn't mean that other options to up-level the room topic are not available - they are! Let's collect some innovative ideas for how we can solve the problem. If other products do this well, please leave a screenshot for us!
