### Steps to reproduce

Enable Rich text editor lab feature and check if spell checking is working or not (it isn't working).

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
I expect that spell checking should work with Rich text editor like it is working with the non-Rich text editor input.

#### What happened instead?
Spell checking is not working when Rich text editor lab feature is enabled:
