Forget room usually needs to be used twice to make a room disappear

### Steps to reproduce

1. I am a member in a room
2. I press the "leave room" button of the room
3. I see that the room gets shifted to the "Historical rooms" section of the sidebar
4. I press the "forget room" button of the room sidebar context menu
5. I observe that the room stays in the sidebar
6. I quit the element desktop app and restart it
7. I observe that the room is still present in the sidebar
8. I press the "forget room" button again
9. I observe that the room disappears from the sidebar

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
The room shoud disappear when I click "forget room" the first time, at least after restarting the application.

#### What happened instead?
I needed to use "forget room" twice.
