### Steps to reproduce

This is pretty minor, but:

1. Enable the display of hidden events via devtools
2. Send a reaction
3. Notice how the red shield is oddly unaligned with the timestamp and avatar

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

The shield to be center (or baseline?) aligned with the timestamp / avatar.

#### What happened instead?

The shield was shifted downwards.
