Cannot select last line chat input field

### Steps to reproduce

1. Type two lines on the chat
2. Move cursor or to first line
3. Try to select a word with mouse on second line

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
To be able to select last line

#### What happened instead?
It doesn't allow me to do so
