Don't hide changing space alias for private and member spaces.

#### What would you like to do?
Currently you can't change the alias of a space unless you first set it to public, I'd like to be able to set aliases and a primary alias on any space.

#### Why would you like to do it?
Easy linking and referencing of spaces. I spent a long time looking for how to do this because most rooms I setup are private or member.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
Via the same method as public spaces. Don't hide the functionality for private and member spaces.
