read receipt wrong vertical offset with compact mode enabled

### Steps to reproduce

This has been this way for months now, I was holding off reporting because of ongoing compound changes, but apparently it went unnoticed.

1. enable a "more compact 'Modern' layout"

in single line messages, it could be the half-above or the half-below read receipts that belong...

Reproduce the issue by enabling the “more compact ‘Modern’ layout” on Windows 10 and compare read-receipt placement on single-line messages. Trace the message and read-receipt rendering entry points, then verify that receipts are vertically aligned with their messages in compact mode without regressing the normal layout.
