Add the ability to hide / minimise the call panel in direct calls

#### What would you like to do?
Add the ability to shrink / minimise the call pane in direct calls.

#### Why would you like to do it?
The call pane takes up at least half of the vertical screen. This makes it very difficult to read long text or see images sent by the person you're talking with.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
Add a minimise or pop-out button similar to the Jitsi widget, or some way to make the pane not take up so much space.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

An alternative solution could be letting the drag handle make the widget much smaller than currently possible.
