Freezed video call after refreshing page

### Steps to reproduce

User A calls User B.

User B answer call.

User B refresh the page.

User B left the call, User A still in call.

User A see freezed image of User B.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
User A is disconnected or User B has possibility to rejoin the call.

#### What happened instead?
When refreshing the browser during an active call, the other side is not disconnected and just sees a freezed image of the disconnected user. The call closes by itself after 30-60 seconds.
