Previewing a public non-suggested room takes you to the Home space

### Steps to reproduce

This is very similar to #25838

1. Person A makes a public space with public suggested rooms and public non-suggested rooms
2. Person A invites person B someone else to that space
3. Person B clicks on a public room to preview it
4. Person B opens it

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

When previewing the public room, I am still on the space.

#### What happened instead?

When previewing the public room, I get taken to the home space.
