1. Receive a UISI
2. Try to reply to it to say that it's a UISI
3. Discover the reply button has been removed
(╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
### Outcome

To be able to reply to messages, even if they happen to currently undecryptable.

A new way to make UISIs even more irritating
