### Steps to reproduce
1. Got to Settings > Labs
2. Join the betas for video rooms and notification settings
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
The buttons to leave the beta to look the same in both cases.
#### What happened instead?
One button used a solid, the other an outline style even though they both have the same functionality.
