### Steps to reproduce

I have a Message in a chat, which can not be decoded.
But the same Message is already successfully decoded on my Mobile Device (same user account).

### Outcome

The feature for getting the decryption-Key from "other devices" doesn't work.

The same issue on two PCs (Laptop Win 11 / PC with Win10)
