Failed to leave room

### Steps to reproduce

Ive left a large public room and it has been removed from my private space and now shows in Home > Historical. The room name has been lost and I continue to get notifications for the room. If I Forget Room I get an error, presumably because im still in the room despite Element Desktop thinking otherwise.

Room name has been lost, notifications continue, Element Desktop thinks in not in the room:

Cleared cache but room name got confused in a different way (that symbol is someones display name in the room):

Sent logs on Element Desktop, cleared cache, wasnt able to Forget Room on Element Desktop, left room on Element Android, sent logs again on Element Desktop, sent logs on Element Android

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
I expected to successfully leave the room when I instructed my Element Desktop client to do so.

#### What happened instead?
Element Desktop got confused, forgot the room name and thinks ive left the room but continues to receive notifications for it. Element Android thinks im still in the room with no issues.
