Add verification when changing own role in Roles & Permissions

#### Add some form of confirmation when changing own role in Roles and Permissions

Currently, it is very easy to accidentally change your role from Admin to one with lesser permissions by selecting a role from the dropdown menu. This is applied instantly with no confirmation. This can very easily leave rooms or servers with no admin.


### Have you considered any alternatives?

This could be easily fixed by having to confirm the action with either a dialogue box or Save button, similar to that used when changing Room details.
