Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. I had Element open on my desktop.
2. I believe I had a separate message room open, different than the individual that attempted to call me.
3. My computer's screen turned off due to inactivity.
4. A coworker of mine tried to call me through Element.
5. When I woke up my computer's screen, if I was on a separate room, I had to switch over to the correct room.
6. Once I arrived at the feed, I saw a message claiming that it could not display the video call.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
A video call message should have displayed, allowing me to see someone was calling. It should have also allowed me to answer the call.
#### What happened instead?
All I saw was an error message. If I didn't have the Element app on my phone, I likely would have had no idea that I was receiving a call.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the call notification flow in Element on macOS using the listed steps, especially after the screen wakes with another room selected. Compare the error message with the expected incoming-call message and verify that the affected room renders the call and allows answering. No source file or test is identified in the issue, so locating the relevant call-message entry point and coverage is part of the investigation.
