Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Click on + next to the people list
2. Enter an MXID with a Homeserver, that does not exist, e.g. `@test:asdfoij2323783289.org`
3. Go
4. You will be in the pre DM screen
5. Send the first message

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

Some kind of error handling.

#### What happened instead?

Stuck local room with „some of your message have not been sent“.
