### Steps to reproduce
1. Post a message from Element Desktop
2. Reply in a thread from Element Android
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
The timeline thread tile to display "1 reply".
#### What happened instead?
It shows "2 replies". Clearly the total thread has 2 messages but only the second one is a _reply_.
