Pressing the back button in the devtools goes back in the chat window behind it

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open the /devtools
2. Click on _Explore Room State_
3. Select an event
4. Select a state key
5. Press the back button on the mouse (that's the front button of the two you can reach with your thumb, might not exist on your mouse if you bought it from the dollar store)

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

I expected to go back to the state key overview.

#### What happened instead?

The chat that was open changed to the chat that was open previously.
