### Steps to reproduce
1. Alice calls Bob 1:1 on video
2. Bob answers on ED (Bob's EI also rings, but he doesn't answer there)
3. call finishes; Alice & Bob hang up (possibly at the same time?)
4. next time Bob is looking at his DM with Alice, he sees a call tile saying the call connection failed. But it didn't:

Calls which terminated cleanly should not be shown as "connection failed".
