Use case selection screen feels like it is missing something in its layout

### Steps to reproduce

Standard registration. Language: RU-ru.
Condition - Store data in permanent storage: temporarily blocked
1. Create account
2. Go to preferences selection page (automatically, only after registration)
3. On the page, you can see a strange empty space where there should probably be an image (see screenshot in outcome).
