Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Open file panel in dark theme in e2ee room
2. Click on a file
3. Observe that the label doesn't pick up the theme correctly. (I didn't think we needed to do the iframe download button trick any more to prevent XSS with suitable CORS headers, so there may be another bug there).
