### Steps to reproduce

"Shift+click" on a collapsed quote-reply.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

Toggle the collapse status in place (just as the related button in the contextual menu does).

#### What happened instead?

It toggled the collapse status but also scrolled back up to the quoted message.
